What We Are Doing:
This summer, we are organizing a school supply drive so young learners in Cambridge can start the school year equipped with the necessary materials to succeed. We are reaching out to you to help us collect school supplies. Once we have gathered the supplies, we will host a backpack-packing event where volunteers will help organize and pack the supplies into backpacks for students in Cambridge!
Ensuring that students have the necessary supplies can significantly impact their academic performance and confidence at the start of the year. Back to School season can cause significant financial strain on families, so your involvement will help us bridge the gap and provide essential resources to students and families who need them.
How You Can Help:
We are seeking companies, offices, and community groups to host their own school supply drives on behalf of Tutoring Plus! By participating, you will be directly contributing to the success and well-being of students in our community. Here’s how you can get involved:
Host a Supply Drive: Set up a collection box in your office or community space and encourage others to donate school supplies. Tutoring Plus can help provide materials, communication support, and more!
Promote the Drive: Share information about the drive with your networks through email, social media, and internal communications.
Collect and Deliver Supplies: Once your collection period ends, coordinate with us to deliver the collected supplies to our office.
Volunteer at the Packing Event: Join us for a fun and impactful event where we will pack the collected supplies into backpacks for distribution to students.
